What Causes Breathlessness And Lower Back Pain?
Hello, I have been having regular back pain in my right low back and if I press on the area where it hurts I feel shortness of breathe immediately. I am currently on my menses and cannot submit urine as it will show blood anyway. Now the pain is getting more and more intense with each day passing and Im starting to get scared.

Hi,
This type of pain is mostly due to Appendicitis or Renal stone. You need to do Ultrasound of abdomen+pelvis. Till ultrasound is done you can take pain killer like Dicyclomine +Mefenamic acid with your doctors advise.
