What Causes Breathing Problem From August To September?

My Brother faces issues in breathing during this season (Around August and September). At the same time he coughs a lot. He can not laugh, the moment he laughs a bit he starts coughing. It becomes impossible for him to sleep in the night because of these issues. It also causes him head-ache. We also consulted with a Doctor and he said this is due to climate change and he has allergy.

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion he is having allergic bronchitis. You need to consult pulmonologist and get done Pulmonary Function test. And I suggest to start anti allergic drugs from june july. So that there is less trouble in august september. Anti allergic drugs like Leukotrine receptor blocker with anti histamine is safe forlong term use. They are usually taken at night and very well tolerated. So consult pumonologist and discuss these things.
