General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Bloating is precipitated by popcorn especially when you lay down immediately after eating popcorn. Try to have short walking around the home to help relieve gas. Take Simethicone with carbon; if don't have, just drink lemon soda. Don't be afraid to drink or take water. Just do not use straw.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
