What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Wheezing?

Hi doctor, my 5 year old son has wheezing and breathlessness issue, Suddenly at night he wokes up and starts complaining it. As an emergency management, we are giving him budecort respules. Can we give him levolin 0.63 also along with budecort , if yes, how much time gap to be maintained after giving budecort? Please suggest. Please guide us a better solution if any

Hi,

As far as my clinical experience is concerned, you can safely give broncho dilator Levolin with corticosteroid Budecort which handles the inflammation part of the respiratory infection.

Time gap can be best managed by the treating physician, but for general purposes, a 2-hour gap will suffice.
