You are either suffering the side effects of this powerful stimulant or you are so concerned about hurting yourself or killing yourself that you are having a panic attack. The symptoms of panic attack are inability to catch breath, rapid heart beat, chest pressure and/or pain, and feeling that you are going to die or may be going mad. You survived this time. Do you want to experience this again or have you learned a valuable lesson and gained wisdom for the future? You decide.
