General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Here cardiac problem should be ruled out first as per history according to my opinion. Valvular disease, ischemic problem et cetera can also be the possibility.

Investigate with the following:
- CBC to rule out anemia
- EKG
- If needed 2D echocardiography

According to reports further management plan decided. If all reports are normal, then we will think further. Consult the pulmonologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
