I am 48 years old. Not the typical 40 year old. I had my first and only child at 43 - completley natrual birth and at exactly 40 weeks to the day. I missed my period on Sunday. It still has not come and today is Thur. The only symptom that I have that is menopause related is the sleep issue. I wake up some nights. I have been feeling some Nausea , loss of appetite, lower abdominal cramping - like menstural or early pregnancy cramping. My breasts are just a little tender. I did a pregnancy test this am and it showed up negative. What do you think is going on? I don't have night sweats, hot flashes, vaginal dryness, mood swing, fatigue. I have a decent sex drive.
