Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Tightness in chest has to be assumed due to cardiac pathology until proven other.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a cardiologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations like ECG and echocardiography initially.
In case there is any abnormality detected on these investigations, further investigations like Holter and stress test can be carried out.
If the all the cardiac investigations are normal, then cardiac pathology is ruled out.
Further a X-ray chest can be done to assess the status of lung fields and bony rib cage.
Chest pain can also occur in musculoskeletal lesions and pleural lesions.
Tiredness can occur in number of conditions- stress, anemia are common ones.
Dry tongue can occur in dehydration.
Consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment.

Thanks and take care
