What Causes Brain Fog And Nausea?

i have been having a fuzzy head, I have trouble balancing, my heart races whenever I move quickly, my head feels foggy, I feel like I’m going to puke. I take medication. As long as I take the medication, I don’t pass out. However, if I go off of the medication, I can go 3 months without passing out, and then boom. I start passing out again. I have done MRI’s. They’ve come back normal. I’m going to a urologist soon. Also, I will be visiting my OBGYN soon as well. I’ve been having a lot of hormonal trouble. I don’t know what to think of my symptoms. On top of this all, I have been experiencing severe depression.

Hello,

Most common causes for foggy head due to stress or lack of sleep or hormonal changes or like estrogen or testosterone deficiency or diet Vitamin B-12 supports healthy brain function, and a vitamin B-12 deficiency can bring about brain fog or medications like sedatives or anti psychotic drugs or chronic fatigue syndrome etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your physician/ gynecologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
