HIII. ..MY FATHER GOT A BIG HEART ATTACK...HE IS 63 YES OLD...AFTER ATTACK DOCTOR GAVE RETLEX INJ SO THAT BLOOD GETS THIN AND RUN FAST IN B VIENS. ..NEXT DAY HE WAS FEELING SLEEPY AND WENT UNCONSCIOUS. ..DR REALISED AND HE TOOK A CT SCAN....THERE WAS BLEEDING IN BRAIN...NOW MY FATHER HAD A EVD SURGERY DONE LAST WEEK BUT STILL NOT CONSCIOUS. ...WHAT MEDICENS SHALL BE GIVEN SO THAT HE WILL WAKE UP AND FEEL FRESH LIKE BEFORE..?

I can understand your father condition

yes it is due to bleeding in brain while trying to free of clot in blood vessels of heart .this complication occur in some patients.

here prognosis can not be said till the patient recovers .
only thing is advise neuro stimulators .
EVD done is good sign
hypertension should be controlled

supportive treatment like oxygen therapy ,if need connect to ventilator still notresponding and respiratory failure

we can not use antiplatelet agent as there bleed

hopefully prognosis will be good .ok
