Hello,

Early morning a gastrocolic reflux or bowel movements are normal. But an energy drink some times contain caffeine more, and which may cause bowel movements in sensitive stomach patients.

IBSIBD, and Celiac disease patients may have sensitivities stomach which may cause increased bowel movements. Avoid drink or change non-caffeinated drink. Still symptoms persistent, please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
