What Causes Bowel Incontinence?

I have a problem sometimes when I have a bowel movement I clean really well with toilet paper, wipes and or wet cloth and then later throughout the day I still need to continue wiping because it seems as I never did in the first place. This happens only occasionally when I have a softer stool. When I have a really first stool I don't have this problem. It's the days I do that it really annoys me and bothers me.

You are having little bit of stool incontinence. I would like to know a bit more to reach a conclusion. For that certain things need to be clear.
1. Did you have any past history of trauma to spine?
2. Since how long are you experiencing these symptoms.
Sometimes diarrhea and urge incontinence are different things than mere incontinence without urge. So you need to elaborate more
