Last week I slipped and fell, landing on my elbow. The next day it was very bruised, almost black, swollen and I had restricted movement. I visited a&e and had an xray but it was all clear so have been trying to use it as normal. The swelling and bruising has now subsided, but the pain is worse. On the tip of my elbow it feels spongey, and I can t fully extend or flex my arm, and suffer with bouts of constant pain.
