What Causes Bone Spurs In The Feet And Hands?

from what I have been told I have numerous issues in my feet and hands from sists that are deforming my hands, a lot of bone spurs in my feet, arthritis etc how do I find out really what is wrong with my feet ankles and hands some days I can barely stand or walk and the hands tend to siese I can not hold on to things like really I guess my question would be how do I get a dr to understand what I am going through, and stop giving me the generized answers

I think the difficulties in moving hands and in holding things may come from arthritis. An further more the deformities you have in your hands are signs of arthritis.

You should consult a rheumatologist to further consider the best treatment options for you.
