Hello,

Cause of pain in the the legs is due to bone infection (osteomyelitis), hormone disorders, tumors, osteoporosis, injury, leukemia, musculoskeletal tear or injury, cancer, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. Get blood, urine tests, X-ray, CT, MRI, etc done to detect the pathology causing symptoms and pain. You will be treated accordingly. In the meantime, you can take NSAIDS, Combiflam, one SOS when needed.

Exercises combined with balanced diet are helpful. You are suggested to do stretch exercises, walking, swimming, and bicycling can help. Exercises help to gain strength. Diet rich in cheese, milk, dairy products, tofu, nuts, sardines, etc. Take potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamin C & D rich food. Apply ointment and sprays for pain relief. Do not strain unnecessarily it may cause more wear and tear.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
