You may require a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone for nausea and bloating; eat slow and swallow slowly without hurrying through. Avoid stress and anxiety as this can cause aerophagia which in turn can cause nausea and bloating: IF the medical management fails to completely relieve the symptoms it would advisable to go for an opinion of a Gastroenterologist and get an upper GI Endoscopy and ultrasonography for further management. Your second question relates to the yeast like infection after sex, he ejaculating semen on vagina. This probably looks to be due to less wetting and/or rough sex.
