I have had a rough month. I started out the month with Influenza type a, then I experienced full body tremors for several days, then I had a gallbladder flare up and subsequent surgery to remove the gallbladder. Through all of this I have been experiencing a constant trembling shakiness feeling in my head, torso, and arms. My head feels very heavy and feels almost as if my neck cannot support it. I have a feeling of constant hunger and increased need to urinate. I have had extreme difficulty sleeping. Every few hours I wake up quite suddenly feeling very shaky and dizzy. I then have a very hard time going back to sleep. I have extreme fatigue. The lack of sleep and the constant shakiness has started to make me feel depressed.
