Hello,

In my opinion, we should first rule out brain pathology for your symptoms. Traumatic brain injury do have delayed brain complications.
So first get done MRI and EEG (electroencephalogram) of brain.

If both these are normal then no need to worry for brain pathology. Sometimes post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can also cause similar symptoms. So consult psychiatrist and discuss all these. You may need anxiolytic drugs (Propranolol and Flunarizine combination) and counselling sessions.Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
