What Causes Body Pain And Difficulty In Speech?

I have been have all over body pain, fits of staring in to space for no reason, i have trouble with my speech, I have been to parkinson like tremors and I have been to numerous dr s and neurologist and they can not find nothing wrong with me please help

Hi,

Noted your history of pains all over body, Parkinson's like tremors, trouble with speech, fits and as you have noted, been to Doctors and neurologist and they can not find anything wrong with you.
You have not mentioned anything about investigations and treatment part which is so much important in elucidating the case.
Anyways, since there are symptoms there has to be a problem.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a New Doctor, preferably a Neurologist for clinical evaluation, examination and have clinical diagnosis at first.
This is to be supplemented or supported by relevant investigations like EEG, CT/MRI of brain, relevant tests of blood.
All these things will help you to get a proper diagnosis and have proper management.
If all the investigations are within normal limits then you should seek an opinion of a Psychiatrist for evaluation and have management if required.
