Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
All these symptoms are related to high blood sugar level in diabetes. Avoid sweets and fruits such as mangoes. Get your blood sugar level checked as fasting blood sugar level (FBS), level 2 hours after meal ( RANDOM BLOOD SUGAR) and HbAic. Till your appointment with your doctor, you should take a safe drug such as Metformin
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr Varinder Joshi
