Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

For the time being, you can have spasmoproxyvon and Pantoprazole for pain relief but if the pain doesn’t subside or increases, please do consult a physician as it may be some intra abdominal organ pathology like intestinal obstruction, acute appendicitis, peritonitis etc.

Hope I have cleared your doubt. Please do not neglect. Any further queries, please let me know. I’m always here to help you.

Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
