What Causes Blurry Vision And Orange Discharge From The Nose?

My daughter, who is 15, has been experiencing blurry vision in her left eye. She can be fine one minute and the next, it s gone very blurry. The duration of this varies, but usually last longer than 2 or 3 hours. She also was having orange colored fluid coming from her nose yesterday about 5 or 6 times. Then last night, she leaned over in the shower and yellow watery fluid came out.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need an immediate ophthalmological and neurological consultation. That fluid could be blood dear and later on the fluid could be a infectious discharge or even cerebrospinal fluid. We need to rule out infectious and any pressure giving lesions which can involve vision.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
