What Causes Blurred Vision On Exposure To Computer For Long Time?

Hi. I am a 57 yr old female and seem to have an excessive amount of sleep in both eyes throughout each day. I wear both reading glasses and distance glasses. I work 10hrs a day on my computer. It is very annoying and often blurs my vision. Is there anything you can recommend to reduce, or better yet, eliminate this??

Hi..
Welcome to HCM.
For computer users progressive glasses will be better option..
While you work you need to give rest to your eyes for every half an hour to one hour..
You need to voluntarily blink your eyes in between to spread the tear film..
If necessary you can use artificial tear drops also..
