What Causes Blurred Vision And Impaired Speech While Having Migraine And Bone Spur?

Hi I have several questions about my conditions, first one is regarding my c spine, I have nerve impingement, herniated discs and bone spur, suffer from extremely bad migraines, neck and shoulders pain radiating down my arms and into my hands and fingers, at times fingers in both hands seize up / lock around the steering wheel or whatever else I might be holding sometimes the frequency has been slowlly increasing over the last 12 months, blurred vision, speech impediment at times, lumber spine! Herniated discs, nerve impingement causing pain to radiate into my hips and legs, currently I am undergoing treatment at a pain clinic and taking several medication, my body seems to have developed a tolerance to all the meds over the last 3.5 years, I am wondering if any of the pain medication patches will help me cope and still be able to function in even a small way, 4 months after the initial diagnosis I was broadsided by a tractor trailer and several other large trucks which amplified my conditions and the associated pain, any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Best regards

General & Family Physician 's  Response
dear patient.i sympathize with your pain.its high time now to look treatment away from the medication and towards physical exercise.I am not talking about heavy exercises ,but exercises that help in treating herniated discs so that you can get back on track. you have to start swimming and do sidewards strokes with arms instead of strokes from front to back.consult a physiotherapist who are experts in helping with exercises with herniated discs. As long as you are going to live a sedentary lifestyle, your situation will get worser and worser .become active,do walking atleast for fifteen minutes three times a day.Take a calcium+vitamin d supplements.take high protein diet.
hope i answered your question.
