What Causes Blurred Vision And Floaters In The Eyes?

i had a eye examine in sept. got a new prescription because a change in right eye, left eye was same. 2 weeks later started having a blurr in left eye that feels like something in it. went back to eye doctor he said he thought it was a floater or cobweb , well its worst ,sometimes it pulsates with my heartbeat , it moves and is causing me trouble seeing period. what else could it be, a second opinion would be helpful because he didnt seem to understand.

refraction can be repeated. there is no treatment for floaters which is not responsible for blur vision. can consult retina surgeon.itwill be second opinion.
