What Causes Blurred Vision And Dizziness?

I just had a weird, brief (less than a minute) bout of blurred vision and mild dizziness when looking up from iPad. Didn t sleep much last night and have had a full, very busy day. Also have had tinnitus for 40 years. Could this just had been due to fatigue and history of inner ear issues. I don t have high blood pressure and walk about 4 hours/week.

it can be due to over work and fatigue as such there is no treatment for tinnitus. you have to take it as part of life and adjust to it.
