During the past two months it occurred twice that the veins in my both hands turned blue for about 5 minutes. Both times the problem went away by itself. In addition it occurred about four times that some vein in my left hand popped up with cramping pain. The problem also went away within 10 minutes without any intervention. I will be very grateful if someone can shed light on possible causes.
