What Causes Bluish Tinge Above The Mouth?

The day before yesterday my 6 year old foster child appeared to have a bluish tinge above her mouth. Although we were indoors she felt very cold to me. I asked her to put a jumper on (she was wearing a thick long sleeved tee shirt and jeans). She told me she wasn't cold and it was some time before I managed to persuade her to put a fleece on. After that she felt warmer to the touch. We went out to dinner and someone else commented on the bluish tinge although I felt that it had faded a little. Yesterday and today I don't think that I could notice it. Do you think that it was just due to her being cold or could it be more serious and linked to her heart?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if this is just ingle lesion you found and this is what appears first time then no need to worry about this it would disappears on its own without any medicine, if this appears again then clinical examination in must then it must not be taken as granted, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
