General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected Sir, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
Regarding parameters it`s almost fine except minute deviations but not of any major concern regarding your blue veins in arms & chest.
Reason behind may be skin texture or transient circulatory changes which will
come around on its own with time.
Thanks for using Health care Magic and taking time to read my answer.
Regards
Take care, Bye
Have a happy healthy life ahead.
