What Causes Blue Blood Vessel And Swollen Wrist?

I had a blood vessel trun blue and swell in my wrist tonight and I don t think I hit it on anything it just started to hurt and I looked down and it was real blue and hurt like stinging I have hit my finger before and it turned blue and stung but the vessel in my wrist got real swollen

The blood vessels on usually appear greenish-blue on dorsum of hand. The skin on fingers can appear blue due to reduced blood supply or reduced oxygen supply. This can occur due to various reasons. I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment.
