What Causes Blood In Vomit And Nausea?

Hi this morning I feat nausea like when I feel there is bits of food left around my throat. I tried to vomit and pieces of food came out. I also vommitted blood but I m not sure if it s blood since I had food with strawberry syrup last night. I feel normal except for a slight pain sensation at the beginning of my throat. I think I may have made my throats bleed from vomiting. Should I be concerned?

Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, the vomiting could be due to dyspepsia or it is the food allergic condition just a 1 or 2 bout of vomiting may not need any treatment and it is the self-limiting condition, the color of vomiting could be due to diet taken and it may not be the blood.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
