What Causes Blood In Urine?

Hi muy dad has has blood in his urine I took him to er n they took scan of bladder n kidney all was good they seen an infection in his urine. My question is that was a month ago and now we re back in the ER today with the same thing. My question is what do you think causes that he doesn t drink soda he doesn t drink anything with caffeine drinks a lot of water I was wondering what do you think causes that

Welcome to healthcare magic.

According to your complain you have problem of blood in urine that may be because of urinary tract infection or kidney condition or stone problem.

Incomplete antibiotics course also cause recurrence of infection.
Do a urine test and microscopic examination for diagnosis.

After urine culture test if infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion.
Urine alkalytic agent is helpful.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol drinking.
Take a more water per day..
Maintain proper hygiene and avoid tight clothes.

Consult a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
