What Causes Blood In Urine?

After I urinate there is dark blood on wipe. Slight lower abdomen pain and frequent urination. No blood in pee. Had an ultrasound a day ago-results in 2 days. Initial look is multiple fibroids -one calcified. Wearing pad but no blood in it. Just wipe.
