What Causes Blood In Urine, Lower Right Abdominal Pain And Burning Urination?

here are the symptoms; peeing blood, abdominal pain mostly constant, sometimes stabbing usually stays on lower right side, sometimes in the back. sometimes it burns when urinating, if bladder is not voided soon enough the pain gets worse. always nauseated, no energy, and dizzy

Judging from the symptoms it seems like a urinary tract infection.

You should have a urine analysis soon to confirm it so that you can initiate treatment, usually with antibiotics.

It is a common and curable issue, you should not postpone seeing your doctor about it.
