What Causes Blood In Urine, Lower Abdominal Pain And Painful Urination?

At work today I had to hold my pee for at least an hour, when I finally went it was very painful & then constantly felt like I had to go. There was also blood in the urine. Since then my lower abdomin has felt painful and constantly feel as if I have to go. When I sit on the toilet I feel lots of pressure and pain with little urine but I am seeing small pieces of tissue in the toilet every time I go. The pressure I feel is like I am pushing to try to go to the bathroom.

Hello,

This can be due to various reasons such as benign hypertrophy of prostrate,Stones in kidneys which might have caused obstruction to bladder.

Since there is bleeding ,it needs to be investigated to find the probable cause and accordingly addressed. You may be required to do tests at ER room.

So it is better to report there at earliest so that it can be identified and addressed accordingly.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
