Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Go for clinical examination for detecting pal pable liver and icterus, and go for liver function test. Have ultrasound KUB. Do you take regular alcohol and developed cihrosis? Go for detailed clinical examination to exclude hepato spleenomegaly and renal calculi, urine examination to exclude UTI. Consult urologist to exclude hyper palatial of prostate.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
