What Causes Blood In Urine And Burning Sensation During Urination?

hello my girlfriend is having blood with her urine and severe pain or burning when she does go to the bathroom. its extremely cloudy or white and has strings and thick blotches of bright red blood. she is also having trouble going to the bathroom; feeling like she really has to go but then cant. she has a history of kidney infections, bladder infections, ovarian cysts, ulcers, and pelvic inflammatory disease.

She can do a urine culture to determine the type of antibiotic needed for infection. Maybe a long course treatment is needed due to her long history of infection.
- Use paracetamol for pain. Since she cant use ibuprofen due to ulcera
- She can use cranberry juice or tea as it fights infection.
