What Causes Blood In Stool?

I've been getting blood in my stools from the past 3 days. I'm in Camp & the place where we are has extreme temperature. We wear overalls & feel extremely hot. Could it bbe because of too much of heat in the body due to the climatic conditions here? Also I've got my periods earlier . More like just after 17 to 18 days

it can be due to bacterial infection, inflammatory bowel disease,cancer, polyps, colitis. there are many causes. it can't be due to heat
