Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Blood mixed with saliva is suggestive of bleeding from Mouth. If you have blood mixed with mucus, you might have bleeding from throat or lungs along with cough, difficulty in breathing, etc
Source of bleeding from mouth is normally gums or periodontal pocket. Gums have rich blood supply & can bleed easily when they have slight infection. Also in case of Hypertension (increased blood pressure) they bleed more commonly.

You should visit a dentist & he would check conditions of gums. Curettage of gums may be required along with regular scaling. Untill then you could take metronidazole 400mg thrice a day, it will reduce bleeding from gums.

Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
