What Causes Blood In Semen Along With Tingling Sensation During Urination?

The other night after sex I noticed that there was blood in my semen, and white-ish splotches on my the tip of my pens... Now I am urinating frequently with a slight tingling sensation... I am 31 and my partner and I both have herpes (genital and for over 5 years each of us)... I work off shore and am now on a boat and not able to easily access a doctor... Thank you for your help...

Based upon the symptoms ( frequency ,tingling sensation during urination ) there are high chances that u have Urinary tract infection (UTI) and blood might be coming from Urinary tract and not in semen (because u said that u seen blood after sex means it has came after ejaculation and may not be mixed with semen )

so i would advise you to visit your Urologist , he will examine u thoroughly and may go for -Urinalysis or urine culture to identify infection ,STD testing if a sexually transmitted disease is suspected and all necessary investigations to further evaluate your issue

so please contact Your Urologist to rule out any underlying medical condition
