General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the blood in saliva and stools indicate systemic bleeding through mucosal surfaces and most likely due to consumption of warfarin, agratroban or other anti platelet medications which prevent blood clotting mechanics.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
