What Causes Blood In Child S Urine?

HI!My 6 yr old son passed reddish urine at night some days back. Urine tested next morning showed RBC 10-15 and clacium oxalate++. USG bilateral suggested renal concretions. KUB Xray came out normal. Blood tests was normal.We again witnessed reddish urine after 20 days. What must be the cause of blood?

In most cases at his ager this is caused by urinary infection or glomerulonephritis si he should do urine analysis, urinoculture and kidneys ultrasound to rule these out. Also, vesicoureteral reflux my be possible cause which is anomaly of bladder but can be easily treated. He should drink raspberry tea and plenty of water till that.
