What Causes Blood Filled Lump On The Penis?
Hello, I just noticed a bloody red mole close to my pennis. When touched it feels somewhat hard but squeezeable. It's very bloody red. It appears as though it's filled with blood. It is in the area where my pubic hair is, above the shaft of the pennis. It is not painful. Do you have any idea what it could be? Can you give me some advice as to what I should do.
