What Causes Blood Discharge In The Stools?

I am 29 years old, weigh around 70 kg and with a height of 5 ft 4 inches. I started getting blood in the morning in stools. Blood comes initially and in little amount. I got it two days back and i got it today in the morning. It doesn't come during rest of the day if i had to go to toilet again. I started jogging in the evening recently. I don't think its because of jogging. I never had any major medical problem in life. What's the problem?
