welcome to hcm, I really appreciate your concern, The penile skin and prepucial skin is drained by these veins which enter into superficial external pudendal vein . These veins are present in every individual but they are not visible and seen only when they get inflamed (Thrombophlebitis). The reason for them to get inflamed is not noticeable by the individual but commonly happens mostly during rough vigorous sexual activities. Normally these engorged inflamed veins become normal spontaneously and do not require any active treatment except anti inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac or Serropeptidase.Neither they cause any damage to the penis except discomfort or pain for few weeks.
