Hello,

The possible narration for initial blood, followed by dark and normal urine is Urinary infection following sex.

Primary guidelines for better recovery are:
- Avoid unprotected sex.
- Drink more liquids as possible.
- Keep the genitals clean with antiseptic liquids before and after sex.
- Avoid protected sex also during menstruation, where there are more chances of infection.
- Always empty bladder immediately before sex and after sex.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V Patel
