Whats the deal?
The above symptoms described by you are the features of Acute sinusitis with associated laryngo-pharyngitis.
You need to consult your doctor at the earliest to confirm the diagnosis, he may suggest you to get x-ray of the paranasal sinuses done to rule out any sinus blocks.
Meanwhile, you need to follow few household remedies such as:
1. Drinking plenty of warm water.
2. Steam inhalation 3-4 times a day, for 2-3 minutes.
3. Use saline nasal spray, for nasal decongestion, opening up of the sinuses and easy clearance of the mucus.
