What Causes Bloating Of Stomach,weight Gain And Breathlessness?

I ve always been a healthy weight but the last 2 years I ve been having a lot of stomach issues with bloating and have gained weight. Even though I eat very little I feel as if I ve eaten a lot...so much that I m miserable and my breathing is affected. Even when I use to eat a lot I never felt miserable like I do now every time I eat no matter how little. This can t be normal. Its beginning to affect my daily life even causing me to not want to eat for fear of how miserable I will feel if I do. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Hello
Looking at your brief symptoms this could be due to any of these
1. Thyroid disease
2. Aerophagia (swallowing of air due to smoking I'll fitted dentures or use of carbonated drinks)
3. Acid peptic disease like gastritis
4. Hiatus hernia
5. Gall bladder disease like gall stone

I would advise to get few investigations done to confirm the diagnosis like blood for hemoglobin CBC liver and thyroid function test, X are chest to see for hiatus hernia, an ultrasound and an endoscopy if need be

meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
Have whole grains and sprouts
you should take more of fresh fruits and steamed vegetables
Avoid smoking and alcohol
