I had my period last week an experienced the worse cramps ever. I was expecting a heavy flow judging from the magnitude. But it was the opposite. Steady bright red up until the last day when it finally turned brown and ended. During that week, I became extremely bloated, like I was pregnant. I couldn t believe how distended my abdomen was. My pants were tight. The constant nausea and pain lingered all week. When my period ended I had hoped the discomfort would ve gone away but it didn t. I m still bloated and a bit nauseous. Nothing too bad now. Also had pain during sex, which is unusual after my period, some sensitivity is normal but not what I experienced.
