Hi. Im 24, weight approx 7 and a half stone and 5ft2. Usually in good overall health and just recently quit smoking. For the past 3-4 months my stomach has been swelling/bloating. This was ignored due to assuming it may be to do with my menstrual cycle or certain foods after a meal as the swelling/bloating would come and go. However recently 3-4 weeks now the swelling/bloating is constant. I ve become very tired to the point where I feel exhausted. With being so exhausted I become dizzy, have headaches and very faint. The usual symptoms to tiredness. Within the last week I feel I m unable to catch my thirst. My mouth becomes dry even though I have had fluids throughout the day. I had an occasion where I was heaving to be sick but was unable. I have noticed changes in my mood, low and stressed however this also connects with tiredness. I ve recently not been able to wear any clothing which lays tight on my stomach otherwise I get an ache/cramp pain. Even though I get cramps daily, some which I barely feel, it is worse when I have tight clothing on my stomach. I ve noticed my left side of my abdomen is hard and my right side is soft. My bowl movements are a lot more frequent and my stomach is always active with movements. I ve become very hungry which is usual because I ve never had a big apatite. This week has started with trouble to sleep, restlessness and irritable. I am not pregnant due to being on birth control. I have anxiety so I put going to the doctors off a lot due to not wanting to waste their time if it turns out to be nothing. So it would be great if you had any kind of diagnostic.
